FAQs

What is ChainPro?

+

ChainPro is a non-custodial wallet and crypto trading terminal. ChainPro supports assets and trading on Solana, Hyperliquid, and major EVM blockchains. Through ChainPro you can access advanced order types that are typically only available to institutions or proprietary traders, and you can create and run advanced trading strategies. ChainPro offers all of this within our non-custodial architecture that is powered by Trusted Execution Environments.

Does ChainPro hold my crypto?

+

No, ChainPro comes with a fully non-custodial wallet meaning that you are the only person who has access to your assets. Neither ChainPro, nor any third party provider has access to your wallet. ChainPro wallets are protected by users’ crypto wallets or emails by default. Users may also set up two-factor authentication with a passkey for an extra layer of security.

Can I buy cryptocurrency on ChainPro?

+

Yes, ChainPro users can on and off-ramp their funds through our partnership with Moonpay.

How secure is ChainPro?

+

ChainPro comes with best in class security. Private keys are secured by advanced cryptography and trusted execution environments (TEEs). By default, accounts are secured by a user’s email or browser wallet (e.g. Phantom, Metamask, etc.), but users can also set up a passkey for a second factor of authentication (2FA), increasing security. ChainPro will offer more 2FA options in the future. All automated transactions are run within TEEs and centralized exchange API keys are only ever accessible within TEEs. For more details on ChainPro’s security, please see our technical documentation on our private key security and TEE infrastructure.

How are trades on ChainPro filled?

+

All trades on ChainPro are filled through third-party exchanges like Uniswap, Raydium and Hyperliquid. ChainPro’s execution engine is optimized for getting users the fastest fills across every venue it supports.
